Description We are seeking an experienced Medical Billing/Claims/Collections detail oriented to join our team based in Mt. Holly, New Jersey. In this pivotal role within our organization, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including processing and maintaining medical billing records, resolving claims-related issues, and managing accounts receivable tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of medical billing requests.

• Manage medical claims and resolve any related issues that may arise.

• Keep meticulous records of medical billing and claims.

• Use accounting software systems to track and manage billing data.

• Oversee accounts receivable duties and ensure all records are up-to-date.

• Employ EHR SYSTEM for managing patient records and billing information.

• Familiarity with Allscripts and Cerner Technologies to leverage their functionalities in daily operations.

• Handle appeals, authorizations, and benefit functions associated with medical billing.

• Oversee billing functions to ensure timely and accurate billing.

• Use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) for data management and exchange processes. Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Billing/Claims/Collections.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.

• Knowledge of Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE).

• Proficiency in EHR SYSTEM.

• Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Experience with Appeals.

• Familiarity with Authorizations.

• Understanding of Benefit Functions.

• Proficiency in Billing Functions.
