National F&I Development Executive - South Division

　　Zurich North America is hiring an experienced National F&I Development Executive to join Zurich Direct Markets! We are open to hiring talent in our South Division from Virginia to Florida. As a member of Zurich's Direct Markets team, you will be responsible for:

　　Maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers

　　Provide technical advice that enables a customer to solve a problem or improve business

　　Critical thinking skills to develop plans for underperforming accounts

　　Anticipate customer needs, monitor trends in order to recommend and implement changes

　　Analyze needs, develop and recommend alternatives for improvements to processes, customer service or products

　　Facilitate and provide training to customer on products and services

　　Conduct kick-offs for New Groups

　　Manage new dealership conversions for acquisitions by current customers

　　Ability to work along side store personnel

　　Conduct compliance reviews

　　Troubleshoot and diagnose lower performing accounts and develop a game plan to resolve

　　Conduct training/development at the group and store level

　　Ability to build Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and present via Microsoft Teams or in-person

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelors Degree and 2 or more years of experience in Dealership Finance or Sales LeadershipOR

　　High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in Dealership Finance or Sales LeadershipAND

　　Experience with principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology

　　Strong presentation skills

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Business to business sales experience

　　Retail automotive experience in Finance or Sales Management

　　Outside sales experience is ideal

　　Advanced knowledge of Automotive industry, market and competitors

　　Substantial knowledge of Automotive and traditional software and technology

　　Knowledge of insurance and reinsurance principles

　　Knowledge of techniques and terminology of warranty claims

　　Ability to interpret financial statements

　　Self motivated on day to day responsibilties
