You will be responsible for providing technical onsite andoffsite support and expertise in response to a variety of site workrequests, telephone calls and emails regarding installation,commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and programmingquestions and to technical problems encountered by users of ABB MediumVoltage drives. Coordinateactivities with related groups to most efficiently achieve objectives toensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with Local and Global Supportto perform troubleshooting and repair work on Medium Voltage Driveproducts under warranty at customer sites throughout covered countriesExecute actions within the framework of product warranty policies,ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving cost control objectivesExecute policy to support out of warranty Drive products and systemcomponents Perform onsite (onshore and offshore) work which includescommissioning and troubleshooting at customer installations.
