　　Your Role

　　To support two production roles as described in the Multi-Skilled Operator Agreement noted below.  To apply for this position your current Home Department must be Collation, Sorting, Plating, Forging, Equipment or Material Handling; the secondary role would be Heat Treat.  This is a 3rd shift position.To support both positions with voluntary and regularly scheduled overtime based on production/customer demands. Voluntary OTESSENTIAL DUTIES:

　　Available to work in secondary area when called upon once fully trainedAble to work overtime and weekends in secondary area when neededWork in a safe manner - at no time shall safe work practices be compromisedOther related duties as assignedTerms described in the Multi-Skilled Operator Agreement

　　MULTI-SKILLED OPERATOR AGREEMENT:

　　Upon acceptance of the multi-skilled operator role, you will be expected to sign the following:*  To be flexible and willing to work in two positions during my normally scheduled work hours or when necessary, an extended work shift, up to a twelve hours or weekend work with short notice:Home Department - Collation, Sorting, Plating, Forging, Material Handling, Equipment or Waste Water TreatmentSecondary  Role - Heat Treat*  To support both positions with voluntary and regularly scheduled overtime based on production/customer demands. Voluntary OT will be offered to home department employees first and multi-skilled operators second.*  To work mandatory weekend OT as needed, which can be required in either role.*  To follow the direction of the supervisor/team lead responsible for the area you are supporting.PTO requests will require a coordinated review by home and secondary role supervisor for the request period*  To notify Human Resources or your Production Manager immediately when you are no longer readily available to support both departments so that your job title and pay rate can be adjusted accordingly

　　To succeed, you will needPlease be aware if you refuse to work in your secondary role, have 2 or more incidents of non-compliance with this agreement or you are no longer in good standing due to documented performance issues (ie. Final Warning) you will be reviewed for removal from the program and could lose your premium pay. In addition, your ability to become competent and fully trained within a reasonable time frame will be considered essential to continue in the role. Your demonstration to meet expectations will be based on a three month rolling review. If removed from the role, you will be eligible to reapply 90 days later provided an opening exists
