　　Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems.

　　Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training.

　　Provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.

　　Deep understanding of WLAN technologies, network management, and security, including IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac WLAN standards and industry best practices.

　　Perform upgrades, troubleshoot and fixes of network hardware, software and configuration issues.

　　Solid understanding of Cisco wireless infrastructure and architecture. Good hands-on experience with Wireless LAN controller and Cisco AP troubleshooting as well as with the Cisco WLC IOS Code upgrade.

　　Hands on experience with configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco WLC models like 9800, 8500, 5520, 5508, 2504, 5508 with HA SSO and all models of Cisco APs including wave 2 and next generation 9100 series APs.

　　Excellent Troubleshooting & Debugging expertise on Cisco WLC and Access Points.

　　Access point configuration in CAPWAP and Mobility Express solutions.

　　Traffic migration from Flex connect to Local mode and vice versa.

　　Fundamental knowledge of switching / routing protocols and authentication.

　　Experienced on testing and troubleshooting wireless products including access points (APs), WLC and other WLAN infrastructure like Cisco Prime, DNAC and client devices for evaluation.

　　Hands on knowledge and understanding of Cisco ISE/ Aruba ClearPass is an added advantage.

　　Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

　　Interact with the client on a day-to-day basis and troubleshoot wireless network issues and resolve them under SLA.

　　Upgrade IOS of WLC as per schedule.

　　Handles all changes as per the change management process.

　　Ready to work on 24*7 operational support.
