MRP Controller

　　Description

　　Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. 　　Responsibilities:

　　Perform a variety of analytical duties to determine material requirements and approve supply transactionsfor raw, purchased, and manufactured materials.

　　Operate by utilizing MRP policies and input from inventory control team and production schedulers.

　　Release replenishments and drive requirements through the MRP system.

　　Utilize bills of materials, master schedules, production schedules, after market forecasts, manufacturing

　　planning, engineering information, and departmental guidelines to confirm adequate material quantities

　　for assurance of timely supply to the customer.

　　Assess production and work order accuracy and input necessary changes to transactions as required.

　　Analyze shortage information to determine cause and apply immediate action for shortage resolution.

　　Conduct demand analysis on parts consumption and provide information through accurate reporting on

　　excess and obsolete material quantities.

　　Act as first line MRP/SAP contact for analysis of new orders, change orders, and net change analysis.

　　Participate in capacity analysis reviews to optimize work queues and level loading.

　　Coordinate frequently with PC&L, Tooling, Supply Chain, Operations, Production Scheduling, and After

　　Market to support shop floor inventory control

　　Qualifications

　　Qualifications:

　　Education: High School Diploma or GED required

　　Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience in supply chain, inventory control, and/or warehouse

　　operations.

　　Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office, CPM or CPIM and SAP certification preferredEEO Statement
