They must have a good workingknowledge of cross sectional anatomy. They must exhibit the ability todistinguish between normal and abnormal anatomy during a MRI exam. Theyare responsible for care and safety of patients undergoing treatment,and use of equipment to minimize hazards of electric shock, burn, andextraneous radiation to patients and personnel. (Models appropriatebehavior as exemplified in AMMCs Mission/Vision Statement and reflect acommitment to continuous quality improvement.) Must be able to performeach task listed on the attached Competencies/Key ResponsibilitiesChecklist.
