Overview:HKS is seeking a Chief Information Officer to join our Executive team.Responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and oversight of a Firm-wide Technology Infrastructure. Helps drive the development and implementation of the organization's digital strategy, including supporting digital transformation and leveraging technology to improve business operations, customer experience, and revenue growth. Focus on building a technology strategy and infrastructure that supports and enables business objectives. Oversee the development, implementation and monitoring of a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program. Continuous improvement of business processes through technology and automation. Ensuring the effective operation of enterprise technologies to improve business and operational performance.Responsibilities:Works closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Executive Leadership team to develop a comprehensive digital and technology strategy that identifies and prioritizing digital/technology opportunities, assesses risks, and defines the roadmap for digital transformationDevelops and implements a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectivesDevelops the overall strategy for management of technology and digital assets including data, content, applications, and information security to ensure they are effectively utilized and protectedSupports enhanced project, business and operational processes by providing a reliable, efficient, transparent, connected, and secure environment for firm-wide knowledgeSupports improved decision making, accountability and transparency through defined, functional, and accessible technologies for the creation, collection, curation and circulation of vetted and accurate informationLeverages new and evolving technologies to equip the organization with a best-in-class environment supporting the efficient and high-performant delivery of our work productsDesigns and delivers new technologies and processes that leverage firm-wide knowledge to fuel creativity and deliver value with clients and stakeholders in mindOversees the management of all IT systems, including hardware, software, network infrastructure, unified communications, data integration, business intelligence and security infrastructureEnsures the security and integrity of the company's data and systemsLeads the development of new software and technology solutions to support the company's business needsManages a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluationsCollaborates with other departments to identify and prioritize technology-related projects and initiativesWorks directly with the CTO and Executive Leadership to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processesDevelops and enhances an information security management frameworkStays up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for new technologies that can improve the company's operationResponsible for planning and directing the group's budget, goals, and objectivesin collaboration with leadershipBuilds, updates, executes, and oversees project schedule assuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with the budgeted labor; recalibrates as necessaryApplies skills to minimize risks, maximize value and seeks means to improve efficiencies and reduce costsResponsible for delivering projects on defined budget requirements and maintaining accountability to project plan and scheduleMay assist in identifying, maintaining, and cultivating essential relationshipsRepresents HKS in the industry and professional forums locally, nationally and internationallyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceA
