  Motor Claims Handler

  The Role:

We are looking for motivated colleagues already with some experience of handling motor claims and with great customer service skills, to join our team. If you are reliable, pro-active and positive thinking we’d love to hear from you.

Our motor claims colleagues deal with all aspects of a motor claim from the day it’s reported to the day it’s settled. You may have only dealt with one element of a motor claim in your current role, the vehicle repairs, credit hire or injury but if you are looking for an opportunity to develop fully, dealing with every aspect then we have the opening for you.

We will encourage and eventually look ahead to you having full case ownership, recognising and conducting all of the appropriate investigations necessary to determine liability from first report, and then driving your own claims caseload to settlement as quickly as possible. Proactive claims handling is key. We`ll provide the training and support you will need to deliver a first class claims handling service when needed most.

The role assumes that you have some experience of motor claims handling, everything else you can learn from us, all we need is your enthusiasm to learn and grow. We care about career progression and will support you as you develop to deal with more complex claims.

  Where you’ll work:

Many of our colleagues now benefit from working flexibly between the office and home, which helps support a healthy work/life balance. When you do spend time in our office, you’ll experience bright and open surroundings which offer excellent areas for collaboration as well as desk space. It’s an ideal environment for working alongside and interacting with fellow colleagues.

  You will have/be:

Good level of education – at least to GCSE level or equivalent

Experience dealing with motor claims - repair, credit hire or injury

Excellent Customer Service skills within an office environment

Proven ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team

Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload

Ability to work to monthly targets and be able to demonstrate that you are a team player

Strong communication skills - both written and oral

  IT literate

As a global business, we are always interested in hearing from candidates with bi-lingual/multilingual skills

What will you get for this role?

Competitive salary depending on skills, experience and qualifications

Many of our vacancies offer the opportunity to work flexibly, whether from office and/or home

  Healthcare scheme

A Self Invested Personal Pension Scheme

Holiday allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays

Discounts on various products and services

Employee assistance programme for employee wellbeing
