　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　To provide safe and effective nursing care to all patients utilizing the nursing process. The registered nurse also is responsible for the direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering said patient care.

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)

　　Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

　　Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

　　Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing

　　Minimum one year of Management experience in the Hospital setting

　　HCA Florida Highlands Hospital is a 126-bed acute hospital. We offer a full range of Emergency, Surgical and Inpatient and Outpatient services. We have served Sebring, Florida, and the surrounding counties since 1965. We offer advanced technology, attracting the most qualified physicians and surgeons in the area. Our Emergency Room is the area’s only dedicated Senior ER. This features designated parking and hearing amplifiers.
