　　Intuit Mailchimp is looking for a talented motion designer to help enhance our core brand marketing experiences within Mailchimp’s in-house agency, Wink Creative. 　　Our design team is looking for someone who is highly collaborative and comfortable giving and receiving creative critiques. We are looking for someone who is passionate about brand motion design, with interests in web and mobile technology. The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to create simplicity as a response to complex problems, with an eye for detail and sharp visual design.

　　You’ll be learning through practical application of your work under the guidance of 40+ multi-disciplinary creatives who bring brand marketing experiences to life across multiple platforms. You’ll have access to inspiring creative leaders and practitioners within brand, marketing, and product functions to learn more about the trade and sharpen your skills. 　　What you'll bring

　　Online portfolio/reel demonstrating strengths in a variety of creative projects

　　Working knowledge of foundational design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (with emphasis on Adobe AfterEffects)

　　Strong foundation in design fundamentals, including typography and layout

　　Exceptional communication skills with ability to convey your design rationale, ideas and concepts through storyboarding, wireframing, and/or prototyping

　　Collaborative mindset as well as the ability to work independently

　　Familiarity with 3D (Cinema 4D) a plus

　　Photo and/or video experience a plus

　　Studio art (various mediums) experience a plus

　　Experience with LottieFiles a plus

　　Atlanta Pay Transparency: $41 - $43 / hour

　　How you will lead

　　Create and contribute to high quality motion design project deliverables in compliance with brand standards

　　Collaborate with designers, copywriters, web developers, photographers, and project managers to deliver beautiful and communicative motion design

　　Deliver assets that meet business goals as defined by project leadership

　　Support the design team on digital, social, video, interactive and experiential assignments

　　Build clean and professional project files and presentations whether it be a brief for an external partner or a creative deck for internal partners
