Mechanical Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

Design, analyze, and optimize mechanical systems and components for aerospace applications, with a focus on motor systems and rotating machinery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for propulsion and rotating machinery systems.

Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications using CAD software.

Testing and Evaluation:

Plan, conduct, and oversee tests on prototypes and production models to ensure they meet the required specifications and industry standards.

Analyze test data and provide recommendations for design enhancements and improvements.

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring timely delivery within budget and maintaining high-quality standards.

Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure the production of high-caliber components.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all designs comply with aerospace industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Prepare comprehensive documentation, including design reports, test plans, user manuals, and compliance certifications.

Requirements and Education:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the aerospace industry.

Proven experience with motor systems and rotating machinery, including both electric and conventional propulsion mechanisms.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

Strong understanding of propulsion systems, motor technologies, rotating machinery, and thermal management.

Familiarity with aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
