　　Responsibilities

　　Assembling and disassembling molds (and their components) following conditions, guidelines, and procedures.

　　Selecting the machining sequence, clamping, and aligning the workpiece.

　　Inspecting completed operations (incoming inspection).

　　Identifying deviations and ambiguities.

　　Inspecting your own work and that of others according to advanced measurement reports.

　　Optimizing molds and their components.

　　Making improvement proposals for molds.

　　Guiding and coaching Junior Moldmakers, Moldmakers, and Senior Moldmakers by supporting their work and explaining procedures.

　　Removing any remaining burr residues on mold components following conditions, guidelines, and procedures.

　　Part finishing near polishing work.

　　Selecting the machining sequence, clamping, and aligning the workpiece.

　　Polishing mold components.

　　Taking care of machines and tools.

　　Identifying deviations and ambiguities.

　　Inspecting your own work.

　　Serving (international) customers during mold (internal) approvals.

　　Performing work at the customer's location.

　　Providing training to customers.

　　Relationship management (building and maintaining a network).

　　Advising (international) customers on molds or their components.

　　Resolving customer malfunctions and/or problems.

　　Processing data from various systems.

　　Creating plans and analyses.

　　Distributing the reports.

　　Making improvement proposals and implementing them or having them implemented.

　　Recognizing developments and opportunities.
