　　Pay Scale- $18.00

　　Job Title: Mold Line Operator

　　Position Classification: Non-Exempt - Hourly

　　Job Summary:

　　To mold foam products according to customer specifications and quality standards.

　　Qualifications, Knowledge, Education & Experience:

　　Must be at least 18 years of age to perform this job. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　· At the beginning of each shift, receive work orders from lead person.

　　· Calibration of the mold machine.

　　· Ensure all processes of the molding machine are functional.

　　· Pouring foam into foam molding tools.

　　· Directing activity of all other mold line personnel on manufacturing line.

　　· Inspect foam product for non-conformances.

　　· Works closely with chemicals used to produce foam.

　　· To ensure all orders are cut to customer specifications and that the blocks of foam used meet company efficiency expectations.

　　· Perform other duties as requested.

　　· Maintain excellent housekeeping practices in production area.

　　· Practice proper safety techniques.

　　· Complete general area maintenance duties on equipment as assigned. This may include help from the maintenance department when necessary.

　　· Follow all procedures and guidelines.

　　· Perform other duties as assigned.

　　Education:

　　· High School diploma or GED equivalent required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

　　Experience:

　　· Good mechanical aptitude

　　Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

　　· Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time.

　　· Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; maintains a clean and organized work environment.

　　· Quantity - Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity.

　　· Safety - Observes all safety procedures and policies; Reports potentially unsafe conditions to supervisor; Uses equipment and materials properly.

　　· Good attention to detail.

　　· Able to work accurately from verbal and written instructions.
