Job Description:

　　Befesa (Palmerton) is looking to hire an experienced mechanic to service and maintain our fleet of off-road and plant equipment.  As a mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting equipment, carrying out services, conducting repairs and providing routine maintenance to the fleet.  You must also be organized and communicate effectively, as you will be expected to maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles and interact with other staff daily.

　　Inspect equipment for proper performance, operating to gauge or verify any issuesTrouble shooting to determine root cause of reported issuesAdjusting equipment and replacing faulty partsRepairing damaged equipment partsLubricating and conducting routine servicesPMs and servicing of plant equipment, maintaining detailed records of the servicing  Performing major repair work when necessaryConsulting and working with other mechanics and outside contractors as jobs requireThe key qualifications and skills for this position include:
