Kforce is looking for SeniorUI/UX Designers. Qualified candidates will be analyzing user requirements and defining functional specifications using Agile methodologies; Defining research objectives and formulating research proposals to inform specific design decisions; Conducting studies by applying methods such as usability testing, field research, surveys, diary studies, and any other methods that can inform product design decisions and improve the user experience; Testing and gathering user experience data in accordance with established research plans and specifications using Figma, Sketch, Adobe Analytics, Miro, HTML, InVision, GCP, and Jira ; Analyzing, describing, and reporting results to design stakeholders; Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data to generate strategic insights and actionable recommendations that drive product design improvements and innovation strategy; Collaborating with internal and outsourced development partners driving alignment and ensuring quality of process and deliverables; Developing holistic, high-quality user experience solutions for complex projects, products, and services; Contributing to design expertise by actively participating in various product discussion sessions with the product designers, engineers, developers, and other subject matter experts; Sharing insights coming from research projects and evangelizing the best research methods; Participating as a member of a working group of research professionals across the larger organization to develop best practices and to provide insights to our smaller design team from research being executed by other groups; and mentoring junior researchers.Salary: $44.00 to $90.00/hr.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Media Arts & Science or Engineering and one year's experience in position or one year's experience in IT or UX field.Special requirements: Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Analytics, Miro, HTML, InVision, GCP, and Jira. Travel to various unanticipated client sites required.
