　　JOB DESCRIPTION

　　Summary/Objective

　　The Mixer III is responsible for coordinating and preparing multiple product mixes.  Completed mixes are stored in totes until packaging of the product is scheduled on the production line.

　　Ability to read and understand basic work order instructions and schedulingUnderstand steps required to complete work orders and label requirementsMust be able to perform in process testing to ensure material conformancePerform visual inspection of all mixing equipmentResponsible for cleaning work area (wash down machine, scrape down mixer lid, tidy work bench, discard trash)Perform basic preventative maintenance on mixing machineryAbility to read and understand work order and scheduling instructionsMaintain appropriate inventory levels to ensure continuous productionKnowledgeable of basic and specialty formulation and mixing processes in all departments (RTV, Grease, Foam)Must adhere to all PPE requirements: safety glasses, respirators, work boots, and any other PPE requiredAll other duties assignedCompetencies

　　This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

　　Work Environment

　　While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, and moving mechanical parts.  The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times due to running of machines. Must adhere to all safety and PPE requirements to maintain a safe work environment.

　　Physical Demands

　　The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

　　The employee is required to walk, sit, bend, and kneel. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.

　　Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

　　This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 2:30pm
