Job Title : Mission Support Specialist

Canvas, Inc. is seeking a Sentinel CTF Mission Support Specialist! This position is to provide advisory and assistance services to the Air Force. This is a mid-level position located at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), as part of the ICBM Combined Test Force (CTF), under the 804th Test Group affiliated with Arnold Engineering and Development Complex and will provide oversight of Sentinel ICBM (formerly GBSD) CTF test activities to assist leadership.
Duties:
Serves as the POC for employee on boarding, off boarding, and new hire processing, to include:
Meeting new hires and processing required ID, network account paperwork, computer assignments, etc.
Maintaining a centralized personnel database tracking teammate's knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as training certificates, network access requests/requirements, and security requirements
Serves as a facility manager for Combined Test Force (CTF) facility(ies), to include:
Quarterly safety inspections
Submitting work orders for issues requiring maintenance attention
Inventory management for office supplies
Light maintenance/cleaning duties as required to maintain safety and security of facility
Supports CTF teammates with information technology (IT)/classified network access issues
Maintain understanding of full range of networks required for mission execution to assist CTF teammates in obtaining required network accesses
Act as primary liaison between CTF and program office IT branch
Assists the CTF leadership in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly briefings as required
Prepare documentation as requested from information provided by others or that is self-generated.
Maintain cognizance of all assigned CTF activities.
Recommend and implement process improvements.
Analyzing, organizing, and prioritizing work requirements to meet multiple deadlines while working in a fast tempo environment.
Work is timely, efficient and of acceptable quality. Completed work meets project/program objectives.
Personal and organizational interactions exhibit and foster cooperation and teamwork, enhance customer relations, and actively promote rapport with customers
Verbal and written communications are clear, concise, and at appropriate level.
Utilize resources effectively to accomplish mission, including ability to work effectively alone, unsupervised, or within a group.
Understanding and adhering to safety and security requirements.
Must be willing to travel up to 10%.
Education/Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in related field with at least 2 years' experience, some of which includes portion of duties included above. Education may be substituted for experience upon government approval.
Experience with assisting project managers or human resources planning and staff allocation.
Familiarity with test and evaluation planning and processes consistent with DoD acquisition directives and policies.
Experience in working with Leadership desired
Experience with On-Boarding processes desired
Experience working with Contractors, Security Manager, and Government Civilians desired
Experience in working with AFNWC organizations, designated test organizations and/or prime contractors is highly desired.
Required Security Level: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
