Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position offers:

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Responsibilities:

Repair, diagnose, and troubleshoot production machinery.

Work on blow/filling/sealing/labeling machines for sterile/saline solutions.

Handle mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Set up equipment and document production processes.

Manage production line start-up and repairs.

Perform preventative maintenance.

Troubleshoot PLCs (preferred).

Qualifications:

Must Have:4+ years of maintenance experience (plastics, molding, med/pharma preferred) OR 5+ years of process technician experience in the plastics industry.

Machinery set-up experience.

Documentation experience.

Nice to Have:3+ years of blow fill seal machinery experience.

Experience setting up and running lines/equipment systems.

Work Environment:

Clean, temperature-controlled facility.
