　　Work you'll do

　　Analyze trends shaping the external operating environment and how they impact the national security mission.

　　Transform how the client delivers their mission by developing new concepts in priority areas, and testing or "red-teaming" proposed solutions.

　　Identify external commercial solutions, running pilots and proof of concepts, designing new capabilities or programs, and/or engaging leaders/units to make tailored recommendations.

　　Should bring experience in: mission analysis / use case development; applied innovation; market research / tech scouting to identify relevant solutions; experiment design or "red-teaming"; and/or analytic writing

　　The GPS Strategy offering leads strategic planning & portfolio management and reporting & monitoring workstreams. This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.

　　Qualifications

　　Required:

　　• Bachelor's degree required.

　　• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

　　• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.

　　• Experience with Strategy Development and Implementation within the IC

　　• 3+ years of experience within the federal space - National Security and Justice

　　• 3+ years of experience in strategy innovation and work within mission and market analysis

　　• Exposure to Emerging Trends and technologies

　　• Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

　　Preferred:

　　MBA degree preferred.

　　Demonstrated experience producing reports and presentations for executive audiences.

　　Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies within the space
