　　We Operate various pieces of heavy equipment in a safe and appropriatemanner, following all Newmont's rules and procedures. (Majority of thetime will be spent operating a track mounted drill)We Learn and follow safety rules, report hazards, and take responsibilityfor your actions.We Demonstrate excellent listening and strong communication skills, bothverbally and in writing.We Follow established processes to complete a thorough vehicle inspectionbefore and after operating equipment and communicate mechanical problems indetail to maintenance department.We Strive to make safety the foundation to everything you do and offersuggestions for improvement when you see them.You will also have other responsibilities and tasks in line with the role of aDriller.

　　Working Conditions and LocationWhere will you be located

　　You will work a 12-hour shift, rotating between days and nights.This full-time position is located at the Cripple Creek & Victor mine sitein Colorado.The Cripple Creek & Victor (CC&V) Mine site is located at elevationsranging from approximately 9,400 ft. to 10,600 ft. above sea level.Workers in this position are routinely exposed to conditions at various worksites throughout this range of elevations.Weather conditions can and do change frequently, and can become severe attimes.Ability to complete work tasks while exposed to weather conditions /elevation.We understand no candidate will meet every single desired qualification. 　　This position has multiple levels (which may range from level 1 up to level6). The hourly rate offered for this overtime-eligible role will depend onthe level, and the range of the hour y rate is USD $29.52-42.87
