　　DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:Job ID: 491272

　　Position OverviewResponsible for the all aspects of the Millard Grinding Mill Operation and overall daily functions of the lab and maintenance.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Help to plan, develop and adhere a workable milling schedule. * Help to limit inefficiencies within the milling operation. * Verify the quality of products produced. * Verify adequate spare parts and consumables for proper milling efficiency. * Helps to establish and maintain the proper relationship with equipment vendors to improve responsiveness. * Troubleshoot equipment as needed. * Track the performance of production equipment to maintain efficiency. * Schedule and track downtime hours with explanations for continuous improvement. * Help schedule maintenance. * Approval of production reporting. * Ensure a safe work environment. * Follow safe work procedures including, Lock-out/Tag-out procedures * Be trained to understand and perform, as needed, ALL quality control sampling and testing procedures and ALL maintenance procedures. * Other duties as assigned.

　　Requirements * Must be team-oriented and have a positive attitude. * Must submit to a drug screen and criminal background check. * Capable of operating plant automation and reporting as well as learning Microsoft * Office computer software and production reporting software. * Capable of operating Mobile equipment such as Front-end loaders, skid steer, and etc. * Required to be trained on MSHA and Environmental requirements * Ability to effectively communicative verbally and in writing with employees and management. * Must be flexible for coverage of a 24/7 operation - potential to work weekends and back shifts and Holidays.

　　Education and/or Experience * Be knowledgeable of materials and equipment needed to perform tasks. * High school diploma or GED equivalent. * Previous Milling experience preferred
