We have operated in Colorado for more than 100years and today have mining and milling operations near Leadville, Kremmlingand Empire. Our Climax mine is located between Frisco and Leadville. OurHenderson mine and mill are an hour's drive apart - separated by theContinental Divide and a 15-mile conveyor system (10 miles isunderground). The Henderson mine is about 50 miles west of Denver and 10miles west of Empire, and the mill is located between Dillon and Kremmling.

　　DescriptionSkilled Mechanic who, under supervision, safely performs maintenance,installation, and repair of equipment and processes in the Milling plantincluding mills, conveyors, screens and like systems.- Assist with and perform component replacement and repairs on, but notlimited to: conveyor systems, ball mills, auto mills, screen decks,lube systems, filter drums, crushers, hydraulic filter presses, andfoundry pum- Perform mechanical and lubrication preventative maintenance: identifypotential failures/noises/wear on agitators, rotors, belts,pulleys, gear boxes- May perform welding (Stick, TIG)- Responsible for maintaining work orders, a clean and safe work area andperforming work area inspections- Perform other duties as required

　　Minimum Qualifications include but are not limited to:

　　One (1) year of experience in mechanical/maintenance or a combinationof education and experience in industrial mechanical repair and maintenanceAbility read and use schematics and blue printsPreferred Qualifications include:
