Overview

　　Noetic is seeking a recruiter to join its corporate team. The recruiter will use various tools and methods to seek qualified candidates for all open job requisitions at Noetic. The recruiter will work with project managers and hiring managers to source candidates and facilitate interviews. The ideal candidate will proactively pursue qualified candidates while demonstrating a professional, welcoming representation of Noetic. This position requires a candidate with proven ability to fill technical positions on government contracts in a timely manner.

　　Responsibilities

　　Establish process to initiate and track all job requisitions.

　　Post open jobs to all applicable locations.

　　Use subscription resume tools, social media, and ATS to seek candidates and establish a robust recruiting program at Noetic.

　　Support career fairs and other recruiting or marketing events.

　　Successfully recruit qualified candidates for all open positions in a timely manner.

　　Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates.

　　Facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

　　Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations such as EEOC.

　　Up to 15% travel.

　　Qualifications

　　Required

　　Bachelor or AA/AS in related field (or experience in lieu).

　　3 - 5 years of recruiting experience.

　　Understanding of Boolean search strings and their application

　　Desired

　　Experience in a high-paced recruiting environment.

　　Experience using recruiting databases and ATS.
