　　Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be a part of the software/data engineering team developing data pipelines, web UI, conversational AI (chatbot), and Generative AI solutions to support Amgen's global commercial operations.

　　Working as part of a SAFe product team, participate in requirement gathering, design discussions, development, implementation, testing, and software validation

　　Website development with React.js, CSS, HTML, Python, node.js

　　Develop web based application using generative AI large language models

　　Develop or enhance conversational AI related chatbot, virtual assistance

　　Develop call center automation onAWSorGCP

　　Develop DevOps pipeline to automate build, test, and deployment

　　Develop automated testing and disaster recovery

　　Create and maintain documentation on data flows, architecture diagram, API interfaces, etc

　　Communicate technical design, implementation issues, risks clearly and precisely

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering

　　Or

　　Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Data or Software Engineering experience

　　Or

　　Associate’s degree and 6 years of Data or Software Engineering experience

　　Or

　　High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Data or Software Engineering experience

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Solid technical background, proficient in Python, plus hands on experience with Java, Java Script, HTML, SQL

　　Experienced with API integration, serverless, microservices architecture

　　Experienced with web site development, node.js. React.js

　　Hands-on experience withGoogleCloud Function, Dialog Flow, AWS Lambda function, AWS API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc

　　Experienced with Generative AI, various LLM related application development; familiar or trained with prompt engineering

　　Experienced with Docker container, and Kubernetes container management system onAWSorGCP

　　Experienced with CICD DevOps for software development

　　Experienced with Agile development methodology

　　Experienced withGoogleCloud (GCP) and Amazon Cloud (AWS)

　　Experienced with global commercial marketing in pharmaceutical industry
