Independently capable of managing all aspects of a complex to highly complex information technology project/program (or multiple medium-scale IT projects); including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, communication and cost. Executes projects from original concept through final implementation and ensures projects are aligned with standards and IT strategies. Establishes and communicates project goals and directs team activity. Sets direction and applies knowledge of multiple project management methodologies, tools and templates. Creates and maintains the necessary work products and communications without guidance. Must be able to work, lead and deliver globally. Be proficient in Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Bachelor's degree and 10-12 years of related experience with 5+ years of specialty in Project Management.
