　　MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 FINANCE & OPERATIONS MANAGER - Construction Services Company in Duluth

　　My client, a construction services company in Duluth, is seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Manager to lead their in-house support for Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, having successfully implemented Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and continued to enhance the system through ongoing improvement projects. This position requires the ability to bridge the gap between user requirements and development, working closely with our original Microsoft partner.

　　Position Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Provide in-house support for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring optimal functionality and addressing user issues.

　　Lead ongoing improvement projects for the Dynamics 365 system.

　　Utilize strong accounting knowledge to translate user requirements into actionable tasks for developers.

　　Collaborate with the original Microsoft partner to support development and functional requirements.

　　Oversee both the Microsoft partner and Dynamics 365 administration.

　　Report directly to the Head of IT, providing updates on system performance, improvements, and upcoming projects.

　　Understand and manage the flow of invoices and vendor payments through the General Ledger (GL) and the Dynamics 365 system.

　　Apply expertise in construction and service business models to tailor Dynamics 365 functionalities to specific industry needs.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.

　　3+ years of experience in implementing and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

　　Strong accounting background with the ability to translate user requirements to developers.

　　Experience working with original Microsoft partners for ongoing support and development.

　　Proficiency in overseeing both Microsoft partner and Dynamics 365 administration.

　　Familiarity with construction and service business models preferred.

　　Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

　　Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
