　　Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consulting Sr. Manager

　　Crowe's Consulting Manufacturing and Distribution practice has an exciting opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consulting Sr. Manager to join our growing team. The D365 Finance Consulting Sr. Manager will be focused on leading and/or architecting solutions for D365 Finance opportunities, assisting project management to deliver the solution, and providing the application functionality expertise in implementing the solution. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep overall knowledge of D365 Finance and possess a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, full lifecycle D365 implementations. The Specialist will also collaborate with other Crowe team membersto assist in development of new solutions which solve business challenges facing thecustomers and industries we service. The Specialist will be expected to participate in team building events and develop internal team and client relationships. Any non-client time will be spent on personal investment, internal initiatives, and administrative tasks.

　　Responsibilities:Deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance platform.Leverage business best practices in the definition of business process solutions based on D365 Finance.Translate functional business requirements into a D365 Finance application configuration design.Provide clear and articulate documentation for all phases of the D365 Finance implementation lifecycle.Train clients on the use of D365 Finance and any add-on software implemented by Crowe.Guide and support clients with pilot testing solutions.Collaborate with clients to develop functional designs for custom D365 Finance requirements.Configure and test D365 Finance module configurations to ensure delivered solutions meet client's functional requirements.Provide support and quality assurance for delivered D365 Finance solutions.Provide support and guidance to peer and subordinates on solution architecture and design.Liaise closely with Crowe team to ensure high-quality, professional, and client-focused solutions are always delivered.Responsible for conducting peer reviews for D365 Finance application configuration design and adherence to best practices, standards, procedures, and methodologies.Responsible for providing analysis and follow-up of Applications Support Service Desk items to ensure problems are resolved and bottlenecks reported to Crowe management.Demonstrate D365 Finance to prospects and customers including preparation and requirements gathering prior to presentation.

　　Requirements:5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance as a Functional Lead Consultant on implementation and upgrade projectsStrong client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing projectsThorough understanding of Finance & Operations processes and best practicesExtensive experience working in core financials and logistical business processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank and Cash Management, Financial Reporting, Manufacturing Costing, Procurement, and Sales and In
