JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB OVERVIEW: This position is responsible to supportand work in conjunction with the District Installation Manager Regionaland Operations & Sales Support teams to deliver a superior customerexperience by planning and project managing the installation of capitalequipment. Key performance elements include overall internal andexternal coordination and communication delivering high quality andefficient installations and achieving overall internal and externalcustomer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: In conjunction with theDistrict Installation Manager, responsible for the overall projectmanagement and installation of capital equipment for our customers frombeginning to completion: Participate in Equipment Planning Meetings(EPM) to provide updates to the team on project progress and solutionsto issues that arise. Update the Primary Project Management Software(Trello) which includes taking project notes and pictures to ensure thesystem is current and contains the information required for aninstallation. Responsible for all documentation relevant to installationchecklist or delegate to appropriate TSM. Assist in selection ofinstallation teams per project. Serve as the primary point of contactfor designated large capital equipment installations; meet with thesales representative and contractor at initial job site meeting; andmonitors progress through job completion. Obtain and review all plansand spec sheet information and provides direction to tradesman. Reviewall equipment orders to ensure accuracy of required accessories.Determine project job site readiness prior to HSD installation.Coordinate equipment delivery details which includes but is not limitedto: ensuring the construction site is ready; communication with all3PLs; and ensures each delivery is correct. Attends project kick-off andgo live date meetings and events. Acts as primary contact withcontractors and suppliers as it relates to the build-out andinstallation projects. Communicate with customer and DistrictInstallation Manager on the installation progress. Escalate issues toInstallation Manager as required. Owns the overall project punch list tocompletion. Review with customer the proper use and care of equipment,which includes walk-through of installation guides when appropriate andcoordinates initial third-party training when required.
