Micro Operator (1st Shift)
SHIFT: 1st Shift (4:00am - 12:30pm)
PAY: Starting at $23.00 per hour
Sign on Bonus: $1,000 after 90 days/ $1,000 after 180 days
JOB SUMMARY:
This role is part of our Purina Animal Nutrition business helping our networkof local cooperatives, independent dealers and other large retailers serveproducers, and animal owners throughout the United States. The Production (Micro) Operator focuses on setting up, operating,maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e.,machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment including:Operating machine tool, chemical processing, assembly, or packagingequipment to manufacture products according to production specifications,schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standardsMoving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods Monitoringthe quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faultyproducts Maintaining accurate daily production records as input tomanufacturing performance analysis and examines production materials forprocessing.
