Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Core Fabricator - 3rd Shift.

　　The hourly rate for this position is $16.64 per hour.

　　What you’ll do:

　　Job Summary

　　Responsible for fabricating cores by forming and annealing slit core steel to produce a finished core ready to be assembled into a core/coil assembly.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　• Ensure compliance with safety & housekeeping practices & company policies and procedures.

　　• Perform work in some or all of the following work centers: core former, deblock, georg, tranco.

　　• Follow schedule to run correct cores and quantities.

　　• Set up and operate core wrapping machines to required core item specifications, including steel width and grade.

　　• Load rolls of core steel onto dereeler.

　　• Set up and operate equipment to wrap the cores on the mandrel to meet dimensional requirements.

　　• Mark core with required numbers, etc.; securely place a steel band around the circumference and convey to the core forming area.

　　• Follow NFOI to set appropriate window dies and wedge for each core item.

　　• Use core forming machine, form and insert ""end"" and ""side"" plates to shape the core being annealed.

　　• Load cores onto annealing tray and scan unit into the SAP system.

　　• Load tray onto Automatic Guided Vehicle for transport to the annealing furnace.

　　• Follow deblocker NFIO to move trays of cores to and from the conveyer lines at the furnaces and to the deblock line.

　　• Remove and stack plates into bookcase bins by ID number.

　　• Inspect/test cores to ensure conformance to standards.

　　• Complete associated paperwork and confirm each order using scanner."

　　Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred."
