  As aNational Sales Manager, you are the connector who drives sales for National Advertising within a given market. You are responsible for overseeing all aspects of National Ad Sales, including annual budgeted revenues and maximizing national sales. The National Sales Manager is an effective leader and collaborator who works cross functionally with internal and external clients and teams to meet organizational goals and needs.   Required Qualifications

  Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  Experience: Media sales experience (5 years)

  Skills: Communication, leadership, negotiation, collaboration, sales

  Abilities: Relationship building, sales lead conversion, managing deadlines and priorities, developing new businesses

  Preferred Qualifications

  Experience with National Sales within the industry (2 years)

  Management experience (2 years)

  Management or leadership experience (2+ years)

  A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.

  The pay for this position has a salary range of$91,200.00 to $150,100.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.

  In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at$73,133.
