About MFG Process Engineer

　　What you’ll do:

　　岗位职责：

　　具备基础的精益生产知识，负责产线平衡率改善、标准化作业改善和产线布局规划设计工作；

　　负责产线生产工艺持续改善，能够独立负责新工艺、新设备的引入工作；

　　负责生产所需的工装/夹具/检具及人机工程的设计、投制、验证和交付；

　　负责产品生产制造工艺文件WI、PFMEA等的编制、校核和更新，支持新产品实现工业化生产；

　　对产品生产过程中的异常问题和突发情况现场分析，制定解决措施，确保产线质量和生产计划节拍达成；

　　参与产品质量分析工作（含售后反馈）并通过工艺手段提升产品质量；

　　负责合理化建议(含VSM)及GEMBA 发现项的整改和及时关闭；

　　负责对员工工艺培训及生产过程工艺巡视，定期进行工艺纪律检查。

　　Qualifications:

　　能力要求:

　　机械、材料、电气工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历；

　　三年以上制造业工艺管理工作经验，具备基础精益知识；

　　Skills:

　　熟练使用AutoCAD等辅助制图工具；

　　务实，执行力强，有团队精神。
