    Paynada is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in our Allen, Texas, office. This person will provide technical guidance and support to our business and customers.    

  The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, solid analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience. He/she will use their interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and provide a solution to their technical problems quickly and professionally.  

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  Work closely with multiple departments and vendors to ensure a smooth, activation and continued support for merchants.

  Answer 40+ calls per day

  Make 40+ outbound calls per day

  Foresee and resolve possible issues. 

  Review files to ensure proper set up and installation and support.

  Deploy and install new equipment and reprogram existing equipment.

  Create POS VAR sheets

  Reprogram existing equipment

  Build Payment Gateways

  Offer general support to merchants and sales agents

  Provide excellent customer service and technical support to both merchants and sales agents. 

  Other duties as assigned

  Qualifications and Requirements:

  Associate's degree, or equivalent from two-year college, or technical school.

  One to three years of merchant processing experience

  One to two years technical/customer support experience

  Technically savvy with strong project management skills

  Experience troubleshooting issues and achieving solutions

  The ability to explain to a non-technical person in a way they will understand

  Willingness to work varying schedule which does include after hours support

  This position is in office for 3-4 days a week with 1-2 days at home depending on company needs.

  Flexibility is a requirement for this position  

  Bilingual a plus
