  About the Team

  The Pre/Post Sale Enablement Team is part of the Merchant Services Organization and our mission is divided into two areas of expertise, Presale and Post sale. For Presale, our team bridges the gap between Sales Teams and Onboarding Teams by bulk creating SFDC records for SMB local Mx’s while also creating Ads and Promos that are sold to the Mx during the onboarding process. For Post Sale, our team creates single and bulk Post Sale records and implements various Post Sale contracts such as marketing activations and commission negotiations. 

  About the Role

  In this role, you will implement a variety of Marketing campaigns using tools such as Campaign Manager, SFDC, and JIRA. We work directly with our Sales counterparts as well as Compliance and S&O to ensure all marketing campaigns are compliant and in the best interest of the Mx. You will report into a Team Lead or Supervisor in our Merchant Services organization.

  You have 1+ years of experience, working in a Service or Operations role 

  You have experience using Google Suite or related software (including data creation / management in Google Sheets)

  You have experience using SFDC, Campaign Manager, or similar tools.

  You enjoy creative problem-solving and collaboration to create an excellent backend experience
