　　Amazon Marketplace Paid Services (AMPS)

　　Are you interested in innovating to deliver a world-class service to Amazon’s Selling Partners in Japan?

　　The Amazon Marketplace Paid Services (AMPS) is seeking for a dynamic and motivated Merchant Consultant to further grow our Paid Service programs. The Merchant Consultant is responsible for working with multiple Selling Partners to help them grow their business on Amazon by exploring innovative ways to identify and execute opportunities for new selection, fulfillment, traffic and conversion drivers and operational improvement. We work closely with teams across US, EU and China to invent and innovate to grow the program, improve seller engagement and satisfaction.

　　The ideal candidate is comfortable influencing senior-level external stakeholders, possesses strong sales skills, has a track record of using data and tools to drive business growth and is comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　【基本条件】

　　・教育レベル：大卒以上

　　・職務経験：法人営業、アカウントマネジメント、ビジネスコンサルティング、インサイドセールス、マーケティングなどの実務経験4年以上

　　・PCスキル：Microsoft Excel でのデータ集計・分析、Microsoft Word での文書作成

　　・英語：定常的に書面（email、レポート）、および口頭（会議、電話、TV会議）でのコミュニケーションを行うことができる

　　・日本語：ネイティブ レベル

　　【Basic qualifications】

　　・Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

　　・4+ years of experience in sales, account　management, business consulting, inside sales or　marketing related roles

　　・Proficiency with data/systems including Microsoft

　　Excel, Microsoft Word

　　・Basic Level English; ability to communicate in both

　　written (email, reports) and verbally in English

　　(meetings, phone calls, video conferences)

　　・Native level Japanese

　　・英語力について（業務上の使用頻度やsituation、TOEICスコアなど）

　　・Excelスキル（MOSを取得している、関数・データ表作成VLOOKUP、ピボットテーブル、IF関数等を利用したフォーマットの作成など　具体的な利用レベルや日々どの程度ご自身で分析業務を行っているかのイメージも分かれば有難いです）

　　・各所属やロールごとの職務内容、ご自身の取り組みや工夫、およびそれに対する定量的な成果
