About Mercedes-Benz Service Business Development / Customer Service Representative

  The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an immediate career opportunity in our Service Business Development Center (BDC) for Mercedes-Benz!   Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  Supplementing the service team by answering client inquiries in a timely, effective manner.

  Scheduling service appointments and logging appointments in E-leads. Taking note of any special client requests.

  Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by accurately identifying the customer's service needs and by thoroughly understanding the Mercedes-Benz products and service lines.

  Field phone and internet inquiries.

  Work closely with service representatives.

  Conducting follow-up calls.

  PAY RANGE: $50,000 - $60,000 Annually (Range consists of hourly plus commission)

  Requirements

  Must have previous automotive BDC or customer service experience.

  Outstanding phone presence, able to effectively field a high volume of both inbound and outbound phone calls.

  Trainable in various computer systems.

  Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.

  Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.

  Professional personal appearance.

  Weekend and AM availability required.
