　　DESCRIPTION OF WORKYou will be on the front line for recording and screening results from perception of care surveys. These surveys are submitted by consumers of a variety of public services, including therapy, psychiatry, inpatient services, halfway homes, and detoxification and rehabilitation centers. You will pick up mailed surveys in Harrisburg, enter survey results into a database, and review and categorize all individual comments - some filled with praise and gratefulness for the services received, some requesting assistance, and some bringing potential issues to light. OMHSAS relies on this position to ensure voices of Pennsylvania citizens are heard.

　　Part-time internship from summer through early fallYou will be able to work flexible hours and days within Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. A minimum of 20 hours per week is expected.You must be able and willing to pick up surveys in Harrisburg's Strawberry Square post office.Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 4 days a week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection.
