Description

　　The Counselor shall perform services involving the assessment, planning and implementation of counseling and education services provided on this treatment unit. This position is responsible for assigned patient counseling case management. Position may provide ASAM Level III, II, and I treatment services. The Counselor is responsible for planning and implementation of therapeutic services.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Master's Degree Professional Counseling Or

　　Bachelor's Degree Professional Counseling3 years Experience in similar work structure and level of clinical responsibility.

　　Well developed therapeutic skills, particularly in the area of group therapy. Must perform effectively under stressful patient/counselor therapeutic relationships. Must have writing skills capable of maintaining extensive documentation of case medical files.

　　Preferred Qualifications:
