JOB REQUIREMENTS: Summary of Position To provide person centeredrecovery based care while implementing individualized goals andfulfilling our mission to provide a safe and healthy environment whileenvisioning, creating and committing to strength based quality services.A variety of hours is required due to needs of clients. This individualmust be comfortable with working in various work locations andtransporting clients. The primary locations this person will be workingfrom are throughout Wood and Portage counties. Education and ExperienceBachelor Degree in Human Services or Education required. Experienceworking with adult or youth with behavioral and emotional challengespreferred. Or Master\'s Degree and coursework in areas related to mentalhealth services, including clinical psychology, psychology, school oreducational psychology, rehabilitation psychology, counseling andguidance, counseling psychology or social work. LPC-IT and MSW areencouraged to apply, as ODC will provide 3000 hours of supervision. Thisposition requires use of personal and/or company vehicles, so employeemust secure and maintain a valid Wisconsin driver license and a drivingrecord that meets the company\'s standards for insurance purposes. Ifposition requires use of a personal vehicle, employees must secure andmaintain minimum insurance requirements to transport individuals in apersonal vehicle. Additionally, certifications must be obtained asrequired by ODC Inc. including copy of resume, diploma, references,professional training and professional liability insurance (ifapplicable). Must pass a Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check, includingDepartment of Justice Criminal Record Check, and/or that of previousstates of residence and a Department of Motor Vehicle Check with initialemployment and periodically. Verbal/Written Communication Ability towrite clinical documentation properly on a daily basis in requiredformat on all individuals\' services provided. Verbal and writtencommunication in the English language, as well as read and comprehendsimple instructions and short correspondence. Ability to verballycommunicate in one-on-one situations and small-group settings isrequired. Work Environment Employees must be able to manage high stressenvironments. Good judgment and the ability to manage crisis situationsare required. This position involves working directly with individualswho may present physical or verbal aggressions toward self, staff orothers.
