Job Description
Faith based; Christian Organization is looking for Member Support Specialists to join their team:
This position is customer service, but also has an aspect of sales. This person will be the first point of contact for members or potential members.
Will answer questions or concerns related to the Medi-Share membership guidelines, general provisions of the program, technical support, monthly share payments, etc.
Will be taking roughly 50-60 inbound calls per day.
Make about 5-10 outbound calls to Providers.
Will be provided a script and during these calls to help current and potential members to start but additional training may be required.
Will be sending follow up emails/information to potential members to make sure they have all of the information required.
This job requires a lot of data entry and multi-tasking between two computer screens.
Need someone who is comfortable reading off a script and having the same conversation throughout the day without any issues.
Work Environment
Hybrid schedule consisting of 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
Faith Based, Christian organization.
Dress code is business casual.
Hours
Must be willing/able to work any 8 hour shift between 8 am - 9 pm EST, Monday-Friday
Need to be flexible working ANY hours between those hours
Full time 40 hours a week
Can only miss 16 hours of time during first 9 weeks of training or will be grounds for termination. Ideally no time off within the first 90 days
Required Skills & Qualifications
At least 2+ years of recent customer service/call center experience
Strong job tenure in past positions
Strong multi-tasking skills and experience multi-tasking in past positions
Ability to work off of multiple computer screens and navigate through multiple systems
Ability to work full time, within the required hours
Must have strong internet connection to work from home, with wired connection
Type 30 WPM
Strong internet (10 Mbps or more for Download and Upload, less than 100 Ping)
Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus, but not required
