　　Job Description:

　　Inventory Analyst – ANZ 3M SpinCo Distribution Services

　　As a Distribution Centre Inventory Analyst, you will have the opportunity to grow along with the newly formed 3M Healthcare SpinCo. You will work with a focused team and 3PL partners to deliver high quality healthcare products to our customers. In this new role you will:

　　Provide expertise in systems-based inventory movements, adjustments, and transactions between SpinCo and 3PL sites in ANZ.

　　Communicate with supply chain, business, quality and regulatory teams and vendors to coordinate activities.

　　Provide analytical support to the Distribution Team

　　Work in close collaboration with team on logistics and distribution projects to identify, develop and support SpinCo strategies for quality and cost improvement.

　　Be self-motivated and embrace change.

　　Key responsibilities:

　　Ensure alignment and reconciliation of SpinCo and 3PL inventory and investigate discrepancies.

　　Provide inspection of goods at 3PL site as required. Assist with stock quarantine, damage review, disposal, credit and returns management.

　　Work directly with 3PL to respond to SpinCo requests for lot number, expiry, or other product queries.

　　Obtain adjustment approvals and maintain records of inventory adjustments and approvals.

　　Produce and maintain reports such as cycle count reports, inventory reports and service reports.

　　Provide analytical support and develop reports.

　　Attend meetings and present relevant data.

　　Work with planners to expedite requests.

　　Provide support to offsite vendor services such as overlabelling and repack.

　　Develop SOPs within the scope of warehouse and inventory management.

　　Participate in audits to provide evidence of compliance with inventory and financial policies and procedures.

　　Your Skills and Expertise:

　　For success in this role, you will have the minimum qualifications of:

　　5 years of experience in a warehouse inventory role

　　Experience working with a diverse supply chain team, including import, planning, manufacture, 3PL

　　Able to operate and navigate MS Dynamics, SAP EWM or other WMS at a high level.

　　Analytical and Data manipulation skills using Excel, Power BI or other tools.

　　Reporting and presentation skills

　　Work Location: Hybrid eligible; North Ryde with regular visits to Sydney 3PL location required.

　　Must be legally authorised to work in Australia.
