MEDICAL SCREENER This is What You’ll Do:Register new and current plasma donors.
Conduct basic screening procedures (e.g. reviewing health related documents, taking vital signs and performing finger sticks)
Maintain compliance with SOP, current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) and regulatory guidelines.
Quality Technician Back Up This is What You’ll Do:
Maintain compliance with SOP, current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) and regulatory guidelines.
Performs QA reviews of external sample/product shipment releases, training records, and deviation reports.
Ensures the Donor Center’s licenses and certificates are in-date and valid.
Performs audits for self-assessment evaluation, monitor records, and overall compliance related to the company quality systems.
Attends and assist in all audits and ensures that all audits (internal and external) are performed, documented, reviewed, and closed.
Assists in maintaining the established quality system under any requirements that affect the center and help ensure that all operations in the center are in compliance with the company’s quality program.
Assists in, conducts, and evaluates center training and orientation programs.
Balances Production and Quality Assurance responsibilities on a day-to-day basis
This is a backup position for the quality office. You will be required to train in all areas of the center and to work in a line staff capacity during normal business unless needed by the quality department.

This is What It Takes:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
General computer skills
Licensure required by the state of employment.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to understand and follow protocol.
