　　Utility Food Service Worker

　　Sweeps and mops kitchen and cafeteria

　　Disposes of trash and cardboard

　　Has knowledge of MSDS sheets

　　Follows proper washing and drying instructions of pots and equipment

　　Employee uses correct soap and chemicals as required

　　Changes water as needed to ensure fresh mopping takes place

　　Places proper signage when mopping to ensure safety of fellow workers and visitors

　　Disposes of garbage and cardboard in correct bins and notifies supervisor of any issues with bins

　　Rinses out garbage cans as needed to keep food and odor free

　　When assigned to this room, employee ensures that dish machine and overall dish room is set up according to department standards,

　　Soaks, washes, rinses, sanitized and stores all pots, pans and utensils used in food preparation of service all items are free from food, soil, and grease,

　　Sanitized using the appropriate chemicals, stored on racks properly to allow air circulation,

　　Removes all garbage from the department as needed and instructed by supervisor and places clean liners in garbage cans,

　　Keeps work area in a clean, neat, and organized fashion,

　　Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds,
