　　RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Answers all incoming calls and directs calls to appropriate personnel.

　　Serves as a liaison between patient and medical staff. May include outside scheduling and/or surgical scheduling responsibilities.

　　Responsible for pre-registration, registration, appointment confirmation, scheduling, rescheduling, insurance verification, with medical record tasks such as record requests, printing Immunization records, copies of referrals, lab slips etc.

　　Assist patients by tasking messages through EHR to providers and clinical staff.

　　* Vaccination required for CDC healthcare environment*Hours:

　　Monday-Friday 8:30-5/7:30-3:30PM
