Description

　　A leading healthcare company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Payment Poster to join the team. The Medical Payment Poster must have prior experience working in healthcare specifically posting payment both electronic and cash. Experience working with HMO, PPO and Government Insurance is plus.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Post insurance and patient payments using medical claim billing software.

　　Identify and resolve claim edits through understanding of payer and system requirements.

　　Analyze, resolve, and escalate problem accounts and issues in a timely manner.

　　Process adjustments, refunds, transfer bills, mail returns and perform manual sales.

　　Review and process insurance explanation of benefits statements for accuracy.

　　Assist in streamlining and improving the payment posting process through various projects.

　　Follow all compliance and security procedures in payment posting.

　　Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cash posting as necessary.
