Working from our Eagan, MN office, we are currently in search of a Medical Insurance Quality Assurance Specialist with experience and knowledge of many medical insurance payers. Verify insurance benefits, prior authorizations, and required medical documentation for all applicable payers, able to problem solve any odd ball/uncommon insurances. Ability to navigate insurance portals, IVR systems, etc. Review documentation for validity to bill third-party payers. May include but not limited to: Medical Documentation: prescriptions, progress/chart notes from different sources, oxygen saturation/sleep study results, etc. Delivery Documentation received from multiple branches within NRS. High level of accuracy in data entry and filing Qualifications Our top candidates will have: Well versed in Medical insurance/terminology/billing.
