About the job

The purpose of the Medical Effectiveness CRM Manager is to develops medical insights and analytics including dashboarding and data visualization and provide Analytics expertise to contribute to medical decisions.

Main responsibilities:

Enable efficient performance management framework governance and process (metrics prioritization, setting targets, operationalization). Ensures analytical support of performance management and insights generation. Generate action plans and implement follow-up.

Integrated database of Medical Areas, Generation and Dissemination of Medical-scientific Evidence, Access Programs, Budget of the Medical Area, Medical Information, Medical Training of the Sales Force, Life-saving Drugs, Medical Area Training in standard operating procedures, 1CRM.

Generates and implements strategies for the adoption of control panels and their periodic analysis, for the generation of action plans that seek to increase our level of service to internal and external clients.

Work together with the medical teams of the therapeutic areas to carry out the analysis of the reports from the 1CRM platform or its equivalent, and extract insights that enable the continuous improvement of the engagement plans.

About you

Experience :

Demonstrated experience in a business intelligence role

Desirable experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Soft and Technical skills :

Proficient in structured data manipulation, data analysis and consumption.

Knowledge of data visualization tools, Power BI.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver actionable insights

Ability to relate and work with different stakeholders

Influence skills

Strong strategic thinking with an ability to challenge the status quo

Hands-on, focused problem solver

Agility

Education : University Graduate in Health or related areas, Business Administration or Engineering

Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English.
