Description:
Review work orders for product or component to be assembled
Assemble medical devices in cleanroom
Follow all GMPs and FDA regulations
Adhere to SOPs
Set up work area for assembly
Fit and assembler parts together using adhesives and hand tools such as screwdrivers
Bond and solder parts together using automatic equipment
Visually inspect product for defects and verify conformance to test specifications; If defective, reject the part
Package final product including instructional information specified and labels
Complete all necessary documentation regarding work order
Clear work area of all remaining components according to procedure
