Description

　　Candidates with strong technical skills will be excited about this growing company's Medical Billing Specialist position, if they have attention to detail and are motivated. Situated in Boardman, Ohio, this is a great Medical Billing Specialist role for someone seeking long-term contract / temporary work. If you are a self-starter looking to build your career in healthcare, this may be the job for you. This is a one-day a week position.

　　Notify insurance companies and patients of account charges

　　Assure quality and consistency of data by partnering with other operational teams

　　Oversee billing and reimbursement for specific patient accounts

　　Requirements - Strong technical skills including proficiency with MS Office

　　Prefer 2+ years experience in medical billing or within the revenue cycle

　　Excellent data entry skills

　　Previous experience with a practice management system preferred

　　Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

　　Deep knowledge of explanation of benefits (EOBs)

　　High school diploma or equivalent required

　　Knowledge of Patient Intake

　　Customer service experience

　　Authorization Processes experience

　　Medical billing experience
